These gems are actual Bhutan doorways. The Kingdom of Bhutan is located in the Eastern Himalayas of South Asia. A mountainous country, Bhutan is known locally as "Druk Yul" or "Land of the Thunder Dragon." Each door is fashioned from carefully carved wood. The age of each door is unknown, but estimated to be 50 to 100 years old.
